ICARO International Partners Ltd assesses each client case request on a stand alone basis before accepting a client mandate. Each case is bench-marked against the company database and, an initial deal team coordinated by a lead ICARO advisor presents the case to the ICARO Deal Selection Review Board for approval .
The selected ICARO Deal Team is entrusted by ICARO management to prepare an initial analysis and draft client proposal. The proposal is aimed at answering the client case needs with a view of creating both short term and long term gains. Each proposal is first reviewed internally by ICARO senior Partners.
Our Deal Team understands the importance of timing and the ability to work in tandem with various other professionals that a client might field together in a concerted transaction process.
